Darren Rovell, a sports business writer for CNBC.com has been running a 'march madness style' contest that allows you to vote on your favorite minor league baseball logos. Some of these logos are just great. They're fun, eye catching and give you a real sense of the team brand identity and in some cases, the community they play in. If you're interested in logo design it's worth checking out. With team names like the 'Wichita Wing Nuts' and the 'Grand Prairie Air Hogs' you simply can't go wrong - although I'm still upset after our local team, the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, didn't make it further in the voting!
